NBC is holding a Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) course at the club on Monday 6 October.

This 4-hour workshop provides the knowledge and awareness necessary to serve liquor responsibly. Successful participants will receive an industry recognised RSA certificate from Responsible Alcohol Victoria.

• Problems associated with excessive consumption
• Alcohol & the law
• Facts about alcohol
• Handling difficult customers
