Notice of Annual General Meeting of Newport Baseball Club Inc. – Friday 22nd June 2018

You are invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Newport Baseball Club Inc. to be held at the clubrooms on Friday 22nd June 2018 at 7:30pm. All Committee of Management positions will be declared vacant and elections will be held for a new Committee for the next 12 months.

Anyone wishing to nominate or be nominated for a committee position for the upcoming 12 months should complete the attached form and forward to the Club Secretary for receipt by 20th June 2018.

Sub-Committee Nominations
The workload to successfully manage all aspects of the club is always increasing, therefore having well motivated and passionate members on structured sub-committees is an important part of sharing the workload as well as effective management. If you would like to nominate for any of the listed sub-committees, please complete the attached form.

As NBC celebrates its 90th year there is a lot to reflect on in acknowledging how far our club has come and those that have contributed to make it happen. Last season saw record junior and senior numbers, an inclusive family culture and the opening of Bob’s Training Facility. Work is well underway towards making this summer a memorable one, including plans for a significant event to celebrate our 90th so keep an eye out for details and how you can get involved.
